“I have worked with Kristy Ambrose for over a year, and can say that attending North Shore CBT with her has changed my life for the better. I struggle with anxiety, but through working with her I have been able to grow and develop to a place where I can do things I was once unable to. I have never been able to consistently attend therapy but found I had no issue when booking with Kristy. She is warm, informative, and welcoming, offering a safe space for any ailment or a good sounding board for when you need an ear to listen. “I had been struggling since COVID with anxiety and was consumed with fear. To the point where I couldn't leave my home. I contacted NS CBT, and was able to connect with a therapist within a few weeks. She was able to help me with my anxiety, with practical tools, but also did so with a sense of humour and a down to earth attitude. I still have some anxiety, but I am now able to face it, and even laugh about it! I still go for "check ins" and still see progress!”
