“50/10 customer service. Mary, my therapist, is an absolute sweetheart. She worked magic on me a couple of times already, and I always feel better than when I come to the clinic. The receptionist too! (Sorry, I forgot her name. Forgive me. It's the tall, beautiful lady) She's so kind and accommodating. I always feel comfortable talking to her. “Went to physio here after I sprained my MCL and was recovering. Robert really helped me to heal faster than anticipated and was very kind and personable. Now I'm back to my normal sports activities. “I get a neck shoulder injury and see Carolyn today. Carolyn, is really kind, patient, gentle with a big smile that can comfort my nervousness, and she focuses on my words and feelings, all of this makes me feel very relaxing and reassuring( even much more than my home as I come from a Asian family haha).I am really grateful to her and appreciate to her knowledgeable support. Amisha,( I ain’t sure the spelling is correct or not, please correct me if it is wrong.) the receptionist is also really gentle and patient to treat me as I have quite a lot of questions to ask her, though she’s busy. I seldom spend such a long time to write down such a long comment, but they definitely deserve it.
