“Dr. Thisaranie Herath and Zahir (dental assistant) are probably the nicest dental people have ever met. They are both very sweet to talk to and they answered all my questions about what they were doing. It’s quite easy to get an appointment as well , I can usually get in within a week or two. “I used to struggle with a lot of cavities, so over the past 15 years, I’ve spent a lot of time at various dental clinics for treatments and regular cleanings. Out of all my experiences, this clinic is truly exceptional. I’ve been coming here for 4 years now. The clinic is always spotless, the reception staff are wonderful, and they respect your time—I never have to wait long past my appointment. While I usually just get cleanings, I recently had my first actual treatment here. Dr. Herath is an incredibly skilled and deeply caring dentist who always puts her patients first. RDA Zahir is so friendly and immediately helped ease my anxiety. His seamless teamwork with Dr. Herath made me feel completely relaxed throughout the entire procedure. “I don't recommend you to go to this business and I explain why. North Edge Dental is not my dentist I came there to renew my CDCP. In my opinion their attitude towards patients is I would say aggressive. If I agree with all treatments they offered me I would be left with no teeth. I can prove it! The list if jobs that they offered me to do was quite long. I showed it to my dentist. He didn't agree with none, I repeat this word, none of those jobs. “I went for a cleaning session for the first time, everyone was amazing and very welcoming. The lady at the front desk who assisted me was very sweet, and Dr. Thisaranie and Zahir her assistant were also very kind and made very comfortable throughout the session.
