“The physiotherapist that I have had here is Harshit Ratan. Harshit is very kind, lovely and professional. I am very pleased with her treatment. I started coming here because of some back issues. Harshit showed me exercises to strengthen my back muscles. She has also treated me for my mild cerebral palsy. Harshit helped me to improve my gait by giving me hip strengthening exercises and also recommending using gym equipment such as the stationary bike and the treadmill. I could not be more grateful and happy of the service here at Lifemark.”

“I am so pleased with the treatments I have received under the care of Vandana. She is very professional and listens attentively to my concerns. She is very patient and kind and doing a wonderful job at figuring out what my issues are…I have been a bit of a conundrum! Her hands on treatments and tailored exercises are helping greatly to improve my pain level and overall comfort. Everyone at this clinic have been very professional and caring and I would definitely recommend seeking treatment here. Kudos to the PT ladies also.”

My mom had hip replacement surgery a couple of months ago, she had sessions with Guneet and Arianna, both very friendly, knowledgeable and kind Deb the director of the clinic is a wonderful compassionate person who makes visiting the clinic more enjoyable. “******EVERYONE please read this review and stay away from this clinic… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ***** Physiotherapist Andria and Vandana deserve to be fired!!! STAY AWAY My horrible experience: My mother recently got a knee surgery done and was referred to this physiotherapy clinic. She completed a total of 12 sessions, last session was Monday January 26, 2026. These sessions were not just a waste of time but also, horrible physiotherapists work here. The physiotherapists DID NOT conduct the proper exercises and stretches to help my moms knee reform to normal, they were constantly on their phone, or tell my mom to perform an exercise and than leave the room for 10 min intervals at a time. Also, many times the physiotherapists would end my mom’s session a few minutes before they were supposed to. For example, if her session is 45 min long, my mom would end up coming out at the 35-40 min mark. Very disappointing experience. Her experience was so terrible that today February 5, 2026 she had her 1 month post operation appointment at sunny Brooke hospital and right away the first thing her doctor said was that your knee is not recovering as it should be. He gave my mom a list of 25 exercises and stretches and asked her to checkmark the ones she did at physio clinic and out of the 25 she only checkmarked 2/25… the doctor was appalled and speechless. Luckily, he was nice enough to refer my mom to the physio clinic inside sunny Brooke hospital and that too for completely free. I highly encourage everyone to stay away from this clinic, especially people with elderly parents or grandparents!! This clinic only cares about money and that’s it. The 2 female physiotherapists my mom was assigned were named: Andria Vandana Horrible physiotherapists and deserve to be fired for their poor work ethic and attitude towards helping people recover with physio therapy!”
