Attire - For physio appointments please bring appropriate clothes such as shorts and running shoes for lower body treatments.
Parking - We are conveniently located directly across from Lot 2, the 2 hour free parking lot on Oak St. We recommend you park there as street parking can be limited. However, aside from the long drive, the treatment when I got there was exceptional, very thorough, and professional.
