“(I’m writing this on my husbands account as I don’t have one) I just finished an appointment with Jenna and it was genuinely the best massage I have ever had. She really listened to what i needed and focused on the problem areas. My neck and back have been bothering me for a long time and after the massage, I’ve never felt more relaxed. “Booked 2 massage apps for Jul 21 on Jul 10 via text. Confirmed for that date and time. On the day of the appointment i was told for some reason the appointments were not entered and they couldn't accommodate the appointments. I still have the text messages to prove it was taken, but nothing was done to accommodate us. We booked a weekend getaway and drove 2.5 hours to be in the area.
