We had the pleasure of welcoming Natasha Sharma, Psy.D., to speak with our team on the topic of "How Mindset Matters at Home, Work, and Everywhere Else," and it was truly a wonderful experience. Natasha brought a warm, authentic, and engaging presence that immediately connected with our team. Her insights were thoughtful, relatable, and highly relevant to the realities we navigate every day, both personally and professionally. One of the most impactful parts of her presentation was the reminder to be more intentional and mindful about how we use technology in our daily lives. In a world where we're constantly connected, her message encouraged us to pause, reflect on our habits, and be more present in our relationships, conversations, and work. It was a timely reminder that mindset influences not only how we think, but also how we show up for ourselves and for others. The session sparked thoughtful discussions among our team, and everyone left with valuable takeaways they could put into practice right away. More importantly, Natasha inspired us to look at our daily choices through a more mindful and compassionate lens. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from Natasha and would highly recommend her to any organization looking for a speaker who can genuinely connect with people, inspire meaningful reflection, and leave audiences with practical tools for positive change.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Natasha Sharma! Natasha was professional, easy to work with, and delivered a very engaging and impactful keynote. Her expertise and ability to connect with the audience truly elevated our event. I highly recommend Natasha as a speaker.

I've engaged Natasha 4 times as a speaker for a professional event and she never disappoints! Her message resonates, is fact base, and provides a mix of thought provoking ideas with tangible steps for a pathway forward. Natasha is great on stage or on screen and knows how to connect with the audience + holds great presentation skills. Natasha is also great to work with - responsive, organized, professional, and amplifies content on social. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Natasha, and I must say that the experience was incredibly smooth. As a first-timer organizing a school event, I was unsure about the process, but Natasha's patience and assistance in addressing all my queries were invaluable. Before the event, we had a one-on-one meeting where we discussed various topics. Natasha's expertise shone as she shed light on the importance of mental health and how to foster understanding in ourselves and our children. What sets her apart is her down-to-earth nature and relatability, which stems from her own experiences as a mother. She reassured us that being a good parent doesn't require perfection and that it's alright to learn alongside our children, without having all the answers. One particular aspect that impressed me was Natasha's emphasis on the significance of embracing failure and nurturing curiosity in our children. In today's society, many individuals, across different cultures, tend to hold onto anger, which ultimately creates barriers and hampers personal growth. By addressing these topics, Natasha made herself more approachable and relatable to the audience. Speaking from a personal standpoint, I thoroughly enjoyed the question-and-answer session during her speaking event. It provided an opportunity for parents to connect with each other, have their voices heard, and feel validated. It was truly a valuable and rewarding experience.

5 stars to Adina. I took only one session with her but she has wonderful insight and a calming demeanour. However, I had a poor experience with the office. For my second appointment, I moved it from a later day 19July to an earlier date(16 July, a Saturday 11 am slot) late on Friday evening. My psychotherapist could not turn up for the session and I called the office number and left a voicemail stating that I changed the timing the previous evening and my therapist must have missed the change and couldn’t show up. I requested for a callback to reschedule the appointment to a suitable time. The person who called me back started off very condescendingly and without listening to me, went off with “I will let this go this very time, else there is a cancellation fee, this is the only time I am letting this go.” When she stated that twice , I had to ask how should I be charged for cancellation, when I moved my booking to an earlier slot that showed available(and yet I understood if there wasn’t enough time for the therapist to be notified of a morning appointment) and showed up on time. The office person went on about how they can’t rebook the slot within 24 hours and I should have read it in my welcome email(I never got one). It’s not my fault that your booking system was showing me the said slot(and I was completely understanding about it). Thank you for not charging me cancellation for a session I showed up for but please try to be clearer with your rescheduling policies from the get go and do remember most of your clients are already dealing with some form of distress and you can try not to add to it by passive aggressive behaviour. All the best. PS: Adina called me as well and asked if she could reschedule. So kind and professional. I did not have the same experience with the office. Edit: the owner took cognisance and called me and heard me out and seemed genuinely concerned about my experience. She even offered to let me have a longer session anytime in future at no extra cost. I genuinely appreciate her concern and am updating my review to 4 stars.

When I first started therapy, I wasn't sure what to expect. I’m independent and used to working through problems on my own. I was nervous about opening up to a stranger, and I wasn't sure if therapy would be helpful. I’ve since changed my mind. From the moment I started counselling at NKS Therapy, I felt at ease. My counsellor is warm and supportive, and she has helped me to work through some difficult issues. I'm so glad I made the decision to start therapy, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received at NKS.

Therapy is a tool only as great as the practitioner you work with and Natasha is a fantastic psychologist. We have met virtually on a regular basis over the last half of a year. With Natasha's help, I have been able to create a better version of communication with my husband and have found a renewed physical health.

I started my sessions with Natasha a couple months ago and have had the opportunity to continue my sessions virtually once a week. Natasha has a natural ability to make you feel comfortable in creating a space where you're free to be vulnerable. She challenges you with questions to think and dig deeper, but also, shares insights as to reasons behind what you're experiencing. Her open mindedness and experience, allows you to see things from a different perspective. I have had many eye opening ("aha" moments) throughout my journey with Natasha, and look forward to further sessions to continue my individual growth. I also had the opportunity to purchase Natasha's "Kindness Journal", which has been an exceptional compliment to the work we do during our sessions.

I have only been working with Natasha for 4 weeks and I can honestly say she is the best therapist I have ever had. Her holistic approach to questions and her empathetic nature has really benefitted me these past few weeks. She finds a way to validate my feelings while also challenging me to dig deeper. I always look forward to our time together and am excited for what is in store. I have nothing but great feedback for her and her team.

I have been attending therapy session with Natasha for over a year now. While it is always hard to speak about the things that are hurting us I found from the very first session that I could open up. While, granted that is very difficult for me personally to say certain things I have found over time that it was a safe environment for me to do so. Natasha is not solving my problems but guiding me on how to work through them. It has taken some time for me to open about all the things I have been holding on too but finally reached a point where I could be 100% open and honest and deal with things. I appreciate how convenient it is to see Natasha around my work schedule and how her team is there to assist if I need to make any changes. Her office setting is comfortable, where you sink into a comfy chair with a warm tea and feel that comfort to talk. If you are looking for a place or a person to see this group of people are the ones to see. Thank you Natasha and team for being there.
