“I have been seeing Nina for the past 8 years for a range of climbing-related injuries (shoulders, fingers, elbows, wrist, back). She has helped me return to guiding and climbing with patience, positivity and always a clear actionable plan. She consistently and accurately diagnosed the issue, providing effective hands-on treatment, rehab/ strength exercises and resources for seeing specialists when necessary. Thank you Nina!”Read moreShow less

Merci Nina!”Read moreShow less

“Nina has an astonishing knowledge of the body, how to prevent and rehab climbing injuries. What I like most about nina's approach is that instead of just telling you what to do she gives you the knowledge so you can understand what's going on and therefore take a more active role in looking after your body.”Read moreShow less

“‘Not only has Nina Tappin helped me to recover quickly from several career-threatening injuries, her prevention strategies have also transformed my climbing. It is thanks to her that I don’t get injured any more, in spite of my age, and feel empowered to train hard without being set back. Nina is the go-to consultant for climbing coaches throughout the UK. Her injury prevention seminars are always well attended and her online articles are used as a resource by coaches worldwide. Her experience spans from juniors to veterans and from beginners to elites. She is also a great motivator and has inspired me to achieve my best on many occasions. I trust her implicitly and would advise anyone who has injury concerns to take advantage of her fantastic and highly convenient online consultation service.’ Neil Gresham”Read moreShow less
