Cancellation Policy: Please provide 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged the full session fee. A credit card is required on file for all bookings and may be charged for cancellation fees. Please send me an email to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Counselling: If you are a new counselling client, you are welcome to book an Initial Consult to get started.
Supervision: Accepting New Supervisees for Clinical Supervision. If you are interested in individual supervision, you are invited to schedule a free Supervision Meet-and-Greet. If you are interested in Group Supervision, check my current group offerings on my website, or send me an email at nicolepersallcounselling@gmail.com to request to join.
Online Appointments Only: All appointments are offered virtually through online video appointment. Phone appointments are available by request.
October Hours: I will be away and my practice will be closed from October 8th to 15th.
Regular Hours: Tues/Wed/Thurs 10am-6pm (Pacific Time)
Time Zone: All appointment times are listed in Pacific Time - Vancouver - America (GMT -07:00). To change your time zone, log into your Jane account , select Time Zone from the menu, choose your preferred zone, and click Save . Then all appointments and reminders will display in your local time zone.
