I have been a client of Kevin Jackson in the past — years ago, he demonstrated care and professionalism, with a genuine focus on his clients’ health and well-being. Unfortunately, that standard has drastically declined. In my recent experiences, Kevin has shown an alarming lack of reliability and respect for his clients’ time. He has canceled on me last-minute twice, and when I arrived for a confirmed appointment this past Wednesday, he informed me — only upon arrival — that he would only be available for a shortened session, despite the full time having been booked. Most concerning, however, was his complete no-show today, without any notice or follow-up. His current demeanor comes across as arrogant and dismissive, seemingly confident that a strong local clientele allows him to operate on his own terms — regardless of the impact on those seeking care. This pattern of unreliability and excuses is not only unprofessional but shows a disregard for the very principles of therapeutic care. In my opinion, this is the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I’ve had with any massage therapist. I strongly urge others to consider this before booking with him.

Can't give it 5 stars. He's good at massage but I've been on the receiving end of his explosive temper and cranky attitude one time too many. He can lose it on you for the most minor things that aren't even your fault. I also quit going to him for massages years ago because he wouldn't let me just rest. I told him repeatedly I just wanted to close my eyes and not talk during the massge and be relaxed. Every time I quit talking during a massage or drifted to a light sleep he'd prompt me awake by nudging me or saying "hey hey". That's not cool. I don't care if he's lonely or needs someone to talk to. I'm paying for a massage and to go into a deep relaxation, not coffee chat. I kept telling him this but he didn't stop. On the other side, if you need a good deep tissue massage and don't mind being alert and chatted with then go to him. Just never get on his bad side, but some days, he's just "in a mood", so watch out.
