“My first appointment with Nicole was 2.5 years ago. I had a back/shoulder injury that had progressed to where I had minimal mobility in my back, shoulder, and neck. Nicole got me back to full mobility very quickly. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is willing to recommend other professionals when needed. “I had high hopes after using the online booking system, which was fantastic and incredibly easy to use. However, I was disappointed to find that changes or cancellations couldn't be made online. When a family emergency arose, I notified Nicole Bruce over a week in advance, requesting a change or cancellation of my appointment. Unfortunately, after numerous emails and phone messages, I received no response. As a first-time client, the lack of communication and customer support was truly disheartening.
