“I’ve had great experiences with both Ivan and Gopinath. I regularly see Ivan for deep tissue massage, and as someone who is quite particular about this type of massage, I’ve been very happy with his techniques. He also tailors each session based on what I need. I also recently tried lymphatic drainage massage with Gopinath, which was incredibly relaxing and helped ease my stress and stiffness. I also felt less puffy and more refreshed afterward. I appreciated the personalized care and helpful techniques shared during the session. Highly recommend both therapists!”

“I initially came in for frequent headaches, neck pain, and muscle tension related to posture. After about three treatments with Gopinath, I have noticed a significant improvement in both my headaches and neck pain. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to understand the root cause of the problem, and explains everything clearly. The treatments have also helped reduce my overall muscle tension and stress. I highly recommend Gopinath to anyone dealing with headaches, neck pain, jaw tension, or posture-related pain! I have also worked with Shar- she is an amazing massage therapist, and I can't recommend her enough! She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always has such a positive attitude. I've had many treatments with her over the years and keep coming back because her massages are excellent. “An overall positive experience: a great location, efficient admins, never any issues with direct billing, a wide range of services. RMT Gopinath is particularly worth noting: he is very knowledgeable, professional, applies a variety of techniques, will listen to you and offer various solutions for your condition. My absolute favourite with him is lymphatic drainage massage - you can see the results immediately. He's helped me with my lower back and neck issues. “I’ve been going to Nexus Massage & Rehab for the past 4 years, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this clinic. It’s not your typical “spa-style” massage place where you just relax with music and leave feeling nice for an hour. The RMTs here are focused on actually fixing the problem - helping you move better, feel better, and function better day to day. Ken, one of the RMTs there, is absolutely incredible. He is a true professional and somehow seems to understand exactly where your pain is within minutes of doing a quick assessment. Before every appointment he does a thorough check in to understand what needs attention that day, and after the massage he always follows up to make sure everything feels right. I’ve also tried the hot stone massage with Ken, which is amazing - highly recommend if you want something a little extra while still getting real therapeutic work done. By the end of every session you genuinely feel like a brand new person. I’m convinced Ken’s hands might actually have healing powers… he may as well be related to Jesus at this point. The whole team at Nexus is professional, knowledgeable, and focused on real results. I recommend this clinic (and Ken especially) to everyone I know. If you’re dealing with pain, tightness, or just want to feel like your body works again - this is the place to go.”
