It's....ok. It's a shelter. There are alot of people who complain about the people who use this place. They do not differentiate between Ruth and naomi and the people who use their services. The shelter is alright , if I'm being honest some of the rules and procedures are completely stupid. Like any organization some of the staff are wonderful and some are completely the opposite. I've had experience in and around there over the last 4 years and I have to say sadly there have been a lot less wonderful staff compared to ones that I would say shouldn't work around homeless drug addicts if they act and behave like they hate homeless drug addicts. Those people deserve to be treated fairl, with compassion and understanding. There have been many times where staff would ask a question, you answered it for them but your answer was longer than they would like I guess so they don't listen to you. This will be one hundred percent be verified by the fact the next thing they say or ask would have already been answered and not needed to be asked if they had listened to you. I could go on and on giving 100% accurate and truthful examples of the things I've seen and know about that have gone on over the last 5 or so years but for now I won't. They provide mats for people to sleep on sing up starts at 8pm. They have shared bathrooms with no doors except for the stall doors. They have showers. They provide breakfast from 730 till 815 I think Dinner is at 6-7 You have to be there by 9pm Gates open at 6 am I think

The food is really good one of the staff members that works in the kitchen a blonde lady is very ignorant towards people some of the other staff as well think they're holier than though. Not all of the people that stay here are addicts they treat everybody the same which is not fair to the people who do not do drugs some of the stuff that are nice but not very many.Trying to get in to use the toilet is next to impossible, you tell the staff but they let the addicts stay in the toilet, not letting the non addicts to use it. I have asked for socks they never have any to give me. Clothing there is not possible for me to obtain.I am a non addict

I'm, at the very least, at least agnostic, never had my life touched in any significant way to believe in God. I was very skeptical about going to this place. Yes, this is a place founded in Christian ideals. Don't let that scare you away. Every Friday there is a Bible study time where the manager plays a short video. The focus isn't so much on God as just basic ethics and morality. I was there for a month before I fell off the wagon, and still had some people that wanted to go to bat for me, but I knew it was time for me to leave so I didn't drag anyone else down with me. And holy hell... the FOOD?! Don't even get me started. It is amazing. If you or a loved one are in need of healing, this is the place to be.

Love this place. If you need somewhere safe to stay and are in an emergency you're more than welcome to stay here. Emergency shelter is open 7 days a week from 9:30pm to 7am. Dinners are available as well at 6:30pm 7 days a week..

This place is terrible where to begin,,,,,management first has to change, then at orientation when you first get there they should tend to people's needs to get them going in life,,,,like resumes a job a place to live a program to get into or therapy,,like come on chores or lose your bed, suppose to be emergency help not pick and choose who can eat there and who can't, storm emergency a dog can't stay. Like come customer service has gone out the window totally!!! Pray people and ask yourself W.W.J.D. & PRAY THE END IS NEAR. THATS THE TRUTH PEOPLE . PLEASE

Ruth and Naomi's Men's Residential Treatment Program was the best program I've ever been a part of. Thanks to them I got connected to housing and I am now over 16 months clean and sober. I'm doing the best I've ever been in many years. The program even have me the tools to quit smoking. The staff is really caring and amazing. They are easy to talk to. Many of the other residents I was recovering with were memorable as well. Tony is a good cook. There weren't alot of groups, but they are effective. I liked how I had time to myself to think and soulsearched. I figured out alot about myself when I had time to myself. It was nice too to have my cell phone and laptop for entertainment. And to be able to go about around town to the store or shopping whenever I felt like it. And being able to do group outings with staff was awesome. I would recommend this program to anybody struggling. It will save your life, if your willing to change. Thankyou to everyone and God Bless!!

The staff with this organization are committed to the down cast and less fortunate. Doing a huge service for the community. Volunteers play a key role. Sad that many don't appreciate the important role the Mission plays in the health of our community.

I volunteered there for a few years. They feed clothe and give shelter for the homeless there. A lot of the food for the homeless is paid for by the church’s that help serve the meals. Some people that eat there are not homeless and expect only foods they like. Some people feel like they deserve to be fed and complain if they don’t like it even though they got a free meal.

They offer food and lodging and clothing for those in need. Religion based higher barrier housing but the food is provided for everyone for free. Separate family time and separate times for people living there. They feed a LOT of homeless and poor people here.
