“Had a really good experience here! The team at NEWGEN CUSTOM FOOT SOLUTIONS & Orthotics Centre was super friendly and took their time to explain everything. They did a full foot scan and gait test before making my custom orthotics, so it felt very personalized. I stand and walk a lot for work, and since using the orthotics my feet and legs feel way less tired. You can tell they actually care about helping people, not just selling something. “I am giving my review after using from last month. So as i got referral from my brother, I went over there because i am working around 8 to 10 hours shift daily by standing on my feet, after using from one month my pain is almost gone. Suppose if my pain was 80% and now it’s only 5% left. Specially thanks to all the staff members, The service is fantastic. “Amazing experience from the staff and Chiropodist. The appointment went so smooth and the staff was so helpful in guiding through every process and logistics. They have a big catalog and adjust the orthotics for the shoe even when they come in to make sure they are a snug fit. The orthotics are phenomenal, got them in my shoes and I am feeling great. “I had a great experience coming to this clinic. I was suffering from shin splints and it had stopped running due to the pain. The doctor listened to my issues and prescribed custom orthotics. “Gurkaran, Guneet and the staff at NewGen Custom Foot Solutions provided tremendous care and knowledgeable insight. In terms of customer service, the staff was quick to accommodate. The specialist I spoke with was extremely personable, professional and answered all questions I had with full detail. On top of solving my existing issues with pain, she also helped provide me with actionable steps for preventative care as well.
