“I can’t say enough about the benefits of this service. Karl is extremely knowledgeable and invested in sharing his expertise with his clients in order to help them become self sufficient in preventing and addressing the problem themselves in the future. I’ve learned so much from just three sessions with him in how to properly lift and protect from future injuries. His knowledge and skill is not only impressive in massage therapy , but he delivers his service in a way of teaching the proper biomechanics and ways for us to transfer this learning outside of his sessions.
