About the clinic
For all patients: All new patients are required to book an Initial Assessment for their first appointment. Any existing patient who has not attended the clinic for one year is required to book an assessment appointment for their first visit back.

“First, I want to thank Kat, who was a pleasure to speak to during my wait as I arrived a bit early. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed in the clinic! Secondly, I saw Krista for my assessment, and I cannot express how easy it was to feel comfortable with her. Krista made things easy to understand, listened, and offered clear advice. “Met with Dr. Krista and found her to very knowledgeable and caring. Listened carefully and made positive suggestions how to best treat my alignment. “I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Newcastle Foot Clinic. I brought my 2-year-old son in for a toenail issue, and from the moment I called, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. They were able to see him right away, which was such a relief as a parent as my child was in a lot of pain. Everyone at the clinic was so professional, kind, and patient, especially with a toddler. They made him feel comfortable and safe, and handled everything with such care and expertise. It’s not easy to find a place that treats young children with that level of compassion and professionalism. “I had a stubborn case of nail fungus for many years—my nails were thick, painful in shoes, and hard to trim. Krista recommended removing the three affected nails, and I’m so glad I did. Aside from the quick numbing injection, the procedure was painless. Krista was professional, caring, and thorough. My toes healed beautifully, and all discomfort is gone. “Complained to a coworker about my heels hurting after being on my feet for hours and she recommended me to this clinic. Best decision to follow her advice! Dr. Krista was so knowledgeable and reassuring, she said that she could definitely help correct my collapsed feet arches. “This was my first visit to a chiropodist. Krista was amazing . She explained everything that she was doing and why. She was very quick and relatively painless in dealing with my ingrown toenail. “I was having constant knee and foot pain for several months. Chiropractor didn't help so I tried this new clinic in Newcastle. Krista treated the painful areas with a new state-of-the-art laser machine 4 weeks ago. The pain and discomfort was significantly reduced after one treatment. Now, 3 treatments later, I have no more pain. Amazing! Krista is a true, dedicated professional who really cares about her patients. Her receptionist, Cat, is also delightful.
