“Fun story. I was driving to a golf course when my left contact lens fell out. I scrambled to find an optometry clinic and happened to stumble across these guys. I really didn't want to drive with only one contact, let alone play golf. I explained my predicament, and they couldn't have been more helpful. They set me up with some sample contacts so I could safely get to the course and actually see where I was trying to hit my golf ball. Fantastic customer service and genuinely helpful. Thanks again, guys! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the market for contacts or an eye exam.”

“Always really liked coming here but be aware they do not charge insurance for minor exams! Make sure you know that before you get talked into a minor exam instead of a full exam if youre just going in for a check up. Dont get surprised after the exam with a bill like I did....”

“My girlfriend and I recently had our eye exams done at New West Optometry Clinic and had a great experience. I got a pair of Gucci glasses and contact lenses, while my girlfriend got contact lenses and prescription glasses. Big thanks to Hammad, Kal, Zara, and Rickie for all the help. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel rushed. Hammad especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out and that we were happy with our choices. Great customer service, a smooth experience from start to finish. 10/10”

“I went here for an eye exam and also got my glasses made. I had a great experience. The doctor was very professional and kind, and explained everything clearly. The staff were polite and helpful. “This clinic was very professional and friendly. Initially, I made an appointment for my eldest son who has moderate eye issues. They helped him with a prescription that has helped ease his migraines. I went back with the rest of my family for our eye exams and the kids found the doctor to be fun and happy to share information about their eyes, including showing them neat images of their own eyes. Next the staff helped the kids find prescription glasses and sunglass which they are both thrilled with. My kids got to choose their tint and customize them. The best part about this place is the staff. They really make you feel valued. I am grateful that I found this place. We will be coming back for our next eye exams, etc. Highly recommend this place.”
