“I’ve been seeing Sachiyo for a couple months now and I can say without a doubt she’s the best RMT I’ve ever had. Her technique is gentle yet targeted and effective. Her energy is so warm and relaxing, and I feel at ease. She takes note of any problem areas I have and ensures that a good portion of the treatment is dedicated to that. I always feel lighter and less tense after leaving. Also her scalp massages are so relaxing and she always gives me some home care exercises to do until the next session, which are very helpful. “My massage therapist was Fiona Schnider for 12 sessions, and she was not only a great therapist, with effective techniques and skills but she was also very supportive and handled my treatment with professionalism. “Amy’s acupuncture treatment was excellent. The initial consultation was thorough and professional, with clear explanations provided within the scope of acupuncture care. I received cupping, acupuncture, and herbal cream application during my initial appointment, and I was genuinely impressed by how comprehensive and effective the treatment was. The herbal cream applied at the end was also very soothing and beneficial. Although I was experiencing significant menstrual pain at the time of the appointment, within one hour after the treatment the pain had completely resolved, and my energy level increased noticeably. The results were remarkable. Among the many therapies I have experienced, this was one of the most satisfying initial appointments I have had. The treatment was unhurried, and Amy clearly dedicates adequate time and attention to each individual client rather than seeing multiple patients per hour. I would highly recommend Amy to those who experience severe menstrual pain, chronic muscle tension, or similar concerns. “I had an excellent experience at New West Wellness Centre. The free street parking was a huge plus and made the visit even more convenient. I was initially told the entrance door would be locked for safety since there’s no receptionist, which seemed a bit unusual at first—but it turned out to be a surprisingly efficient and seamless system. Booking my appointment through their JaneApp online platform was quick, intuitive, and stress-free. I also really appreciated that they offer direct billing to extended health plans, something that’s becoming increasingly rare at other clinics. Overall, the experience was smooth, professional, and well thought out.
