“The only good thing about this place is Dr. Butler, the staff here is weird. Receptionists and assistants are extremely loud conversing about stupid things and some talk about patients after they check-out. Some assistants will call a patient up and not even bother to wait for them to get up and keep walking. This place could be a lot better in regards to their front desk staff and the way they speak especially with patients and their families literally feet from them. “This very busy office has now organized the large number of patients they see which has made the appointment process much nicer. As well, the assistants are able to keep track of the appointment process and I no longer worry about getting lost in the paperwork. “The doctor’s office is great, but I think the reception staff should keep their voices down a little. Patients probably don’t need the inside scoop on Snapchat stories or upcoming Aritzia sales while they wait.”

“Went and saw Dr. Butler, after having some steroid medication side effects that affected my eyes. I've never seen an Ophtamologyst before, so I didn't know what to expect. The receptionist got me checked in quickly, waited a bit for my turn, and two different assistants did some eye scans and tests prior to Dr. Butler seeing me. The entire experience was pleasant and interesting, and everyone was very nice.”Read moreShow less

“I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with the front desk staff (lady) at the clinic that left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. When I reached out to book an appointment with a doctor I’ve been seeing for years, the front desk staff member’s rudeness was shocking. She basically wouldn't book the appointment! Her harsh tone and negative attitude were especially concerning, given that many elderly individuals rely on this clinic for eye care. It was disheartening to experience such a lack of compassion in this individual considering it is a healthcare setting. I was made to wait on hold for an extended period, only to have her return and repeat the same questions, as if she hadn’t taken the time to listen. To top it off, she abruptly hung up on me. The long wait time when she again put me on hold and overall incompetence, I encountered were unacceptable and do not reflect the standard of care that patients/clients deserve. “After an emergency room visit, I was seen immediately.The entire staff group that attended to me that day, were professional, efficient, and compassionate. Over a series of treatment, and appointments, I was fixed up well beyond my expectations, and on every visit I received exemplary care. Dr's.
