“Had a wonderful experience with both the chiropractor Phoebe and massage therapist Jackie. They are incredibly patient, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained the treatment plan clearly, and made me feel comfortable during every visit. “I have been coming here for acupuncture for my menopause symptoms. I have had 3 treatments with Jenny so far, and I already feel some improvement. She is very patient, gentle, and always explains everything clearly. She makes me feel relaxed during the treatment. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. “I came with a friend’s recommendation to Jenny for acupuncture for a snowboarding accident. i’ve never had acupuncture done before so i was quite hesitant but Jenny was great! Her patient bedside is great, she aids my fear of needles, she is skilled at needle insertion and removal and makes it minimally uncomfortable! Her results speak for itself! Significant pain reduction, increased mobility within my first appointment. she speaks cantonese and my friend in mandarin, not sure if she’s fluent in english as well. see you at my next appointment, jenny!”Read moreShow less

“I would recommend Jenny, an excellent acupuncture specialist. I was suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain and decided to try acupuncture for the first time. I had always been afraid of needles, but the pain had become so intense that I was willing to give it a chance. To my surprise, the treatment was much more comfortable than I expected. After my first session with Jenny, I already noticed significant improvement, which encouraged me to continue. After three weeks of treatment, I have essentially recovered from the acute neck and shoulder pain. Jenny is professional, skilled, patient, and genuinely compassionate. She takes the time to listen and shows great empathy toward her patients. “I highly recommend this place! Jenny, the acupuncturist I often see, has helped me so much with my insomnia and breast hyperplasia. I’ve noticed a big improvement and feel much better. Roger also gives excellent massages, and my shoulder and neck pain has improved a lot after his treatments. Both Jenny and Roger are very professional, kind, and caring. “Surprisingly there are nice receptionists in GTA, and not just one but all of them are so friendly and helpful as well. I totally recommend this place as the professionals here really are highly knowledgeable and skillful based on my true experience so far. Jenny the acupuncturist is the superstar here. With her family background, started learning at a young age, highly knowledgeable even my family doctor doubted my experience. You know, lawyer and doctor, it's very hard to find a good one in your life. I just hit the jackpot this time. For osteopath, Roger is the best man, also so knowledgeable and skillful finding the accurate spots and provided the right solution. For chiropractic, gotta shout out to Phoebe, you will have no doubt she's the type of hardworking A grade top student by seeing her knowledge and skills that earned our trust. Yes our trust because our entire family entrusted her as our family chiropractor including our small kids (she's the only one there has the license to accept minors as patients). You don't need to worry about her strength not strong enough just because she's a female, because she is so skillful to get the job done for sure. David, another Chiropractor there, simple communication is enough because he's so experienced it makes you feel. Quick, accurate, power. (Boom, boom, boom) Done. “I sprained my ankle last week and went to Jenny for acupuncture treatment. I was truly amazed—after just one session, both the pain and swelling improved a lot. By the next day, I could already walk much more comfortably around the house. I also had ongoing neck pain, which was relieved almost immediately after the treatment.
