Please note that missed appointments with no prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the treatment time will be charged 100% of the service fee. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you—when you don’t show up, it impacts both my schedule and other clients who may have wanted that time slot.
