48-HOUR CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY: New Beginnings Counselling provides regularly scheduled services to meet the needs of all our clients. Although some cancellations are unavoidable, we ask that your therapy time be a scheduled event in your weekly calendar.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations that occur with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice, this is considered a late cancellation, and the provider will charge a Cancellation Fee to the Credit Card on file regardless of the appointment type scheduled. This payment is due at the time of the appointment change.
To cancel a scheduled session without a fee, we require more than 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations with 3-48 hours’ notice are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations with 0-3 hours’ notice are subject to 100% of the appointment fee.
