“I've being seeing Ryan for about 3 years or so, and he is a phenomenal physiotherapist whose knowledge of bodily movement and the interaction therein is second-to-none. I can run without pain and that is because of his guidance and the structured recovery plan he made for me. I recommend him to everyone even thinking about needing to see a physio for a single nagging, minor, or serious body issue one may have. “Horrible experience. First we came to the appointment which was booked for 3pm. 30 min later we asked the receptionist if she has an idea when the doctor can see me. Her response was “she takes her sweet time with patients “ and there is couple patients ahead of you. We finally got to see her. Honestly she told me nothing. No explanation. I asked for the report which I needed asap for my work. She said that’s ok,make sure they have your email at the front desk (which they did). No emails or whatsoever. Called like 40 times. Left voicemail. No response My wife calls and they picked up after 30 calls in a row.Saying that doctor told us that it takes 4-5 weeks for them to send the report out. Jokes There are much better clinics and better doctors around. AVOID THIS CLINIC IF YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS. Btw they should throw that phone away since they don’t use it.”Read moreShow less

“I was referred by a neurologist at the clinic that I know I have been referred to but never seen, talked to and don’t even know his name, to see the acupuncturist for migraines. As I am taking medications that have my migraines stabilized and I have to pay out of pocket for accupuncture I asked the simple question what does acupuncture do for migraines multiple times but kept being met with it’s you decision to access treatment or not. When I decided to leave I was encouraged multiple times to stay for the assessment as acupuncture really helps my migraines and when asked how no one could tell me. I eventually left without treatment and have decided to wait to see the neurologist before accepting treatment no one will explain to me. They also asked me to fill out a consent form for the appointment when I walked in but didn’t tell me what I was consenting to.
