I have been seeing Carole for scoliosis physiotherapy (Schroth) since Dec’25 and I have had about 10 appointments so far (I go bi-weekly). I can wholeheartedly say that Carole is the best healthcare provider I have ever had the privilege of working with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, tenacious, kind, helpful, and just a really great person. She is purpose driven and cares more than anyone that’s treated me before. Having a chronic condition such as scoliosis poses unique challenges & being supported by someone that truly understands has been revolutionary for me & my health. I have been introduced to so many wonderful ways of improving my posture & different tools I can use in my day to day life such as wedges, resistance bands, and I even purchased a physio ladder from Amazon to replicate our sessions at home. I am now seeing & feeling tangible improvement since starting the at-home exercises and I still have tons to learn & absorb from Carole’s encyclopedic brain. I’m just so grateful that our paths crossed 💚💚💚 Thank you for the impeccable standard of care that you deliver. It’s truly unmatched.

I have been going to Neurocore for 3 years since suffering a relapse in my MS. Neurocore came highly recommended from my neurologist at St.Michaels MS Clinic. I have been working directly with 3 wonderful physiotherapists…Nicole, Gina & Catherine. The level of care, patience & motivation has been a blessing to me. I am forever grateful to Neurocore for creating such a wonderful environment.

I've been going to Neurocore for two years now after having a stroke at 26 years old. I have made incredible progress in my time there and I would not be where I am in my recovery today without the amazing team at Neurocore, specifically Nicole. Everyone on the team is so knowledgeable and passionate about helping their clients improve their quality of life. When you go to Neurocore, you become a part of their family, and I will forever be grateful to them ♥️

Our child recently underwent surgery for scoliosis. We were referred to Neurocore by another medical professional, and we're so thankful we were. Carol has been such a blessing to our child and to our family, and we are so thankful for her professionalism and knowledge, her connections in the medical community, and her inescapable passion for her patients and their whole-body wellness. We've been to many physios over the years, but quite frankly, there's no one better. We drive an hour just to get to Neurocore and we'd drive further just to see Carol. Thank you Carol - you are THE BEST. 5 stars just isn't enough!

Neurocore has helped me recover from multiple injuries over the years. All the therapists and staff have my best interest at heart. I always feel comfortable & welcome every time I stop by for an appointment.

I have been going to Neurocore Physiotherapy & Pilates for a few weeks and it has been great. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, they take time to understand what my individual needs and goals are before we start any program. The rehab is very thorough and personalized, and have already seen some improvements in mobility and posture since I started.

As the year comes to an end, I felt it necessary to write a personal and truthful review about Neurocore. The level of care that I have received over the past year has been nothing short of a miracle. From the owners, to the Front Desk, staff, and everybody in between, this place is not just a business, but a home for many. It provides patience, who have suffered some of the most awful atrocities, an opportunity to feel safe and welcome. I was involved in a bad ski accident. Carol, the owner, went out of her way to visit me personally at home following my ACL/hamstring graft reconstructive surgery. This is something she did not have to do, but did it wholeheartedly and intentionally. She carried me through a very difficult recovery. I often say that today I’m a better version of my old self/body. My entire family now seeks treatment for various kinds at Neurocore. It should be noted that I live a 40 minute drive away. There are ample physiotherapy clinics in my area of Toronto however, I drive north to Richmond Hill because of the level of care that I receive.

Have been attending NC for many years. Staff are understanding of my needs. Front desk is friendly and very welcoming. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a physio, massage, chrio. Honestly I love going there, make me feel at home, and treated with the upmost respect.

I first came to Neurocore in 2021 after a severe accident, and back then it was a truly exceptional place. My physiotherapist Allana and the entire team offered not just physical rehab but genuine care. They made me feel supported, and I recovered well. Sadly, my recent experience has been nothing like that. After returning to Neurocore for a second time, I’ve encountered a noticeable drop in the quality of care. The front desk staff have been condescending and unwelcoming, treating my medically advised absences as if they were offenses. I was repeatedly warned that missing one more session would lead to losing my appointments, and eventually, my massage therapy was stripped away. This felt more like a threat than the supportive care I once knew here. To make matters worse, I was told to speak to a physiotherapist I barely ever saw. It was confusing and made me feel like just another number rather than a patient who mattered. The caring environment I once relied on has been replaced by a place that feels too busy to offer real support. I am sharing this review so that others are aware of how things have changed. Neurocore is not what it used to be, and I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their care and communication. As of now, I can’t recommend them the way I once did.

My first experience with a physiotherapy/(ist) was at Neurocore and I am truly happy with my choice. Anne Wyrough was my PT and she explained the tiny bit of everything inside out. She’s got a thorough knowledge of what she does on a daily basis, be it the way our nerve/muscle functions, body posture, corrections required, diet patterns, water intake etc etc. She’s a gem of a person with a kind, pleasing and approachable attitude and is the go to person for pelvic floor training. The front desk staff is welcoming as well and I’ve noticed the same with every one working at Neurocore. Keep up the great work team!!
