“Short version: If you are either experience with holistic health or trying something new as first time, you should absolutely go with Erin. Long; I went with Erin with high expectations, growing up with super holistic mom with RN license and my neighbour is a PHD in Chinese traditional herbs, I have done acupuncture for different reasons. The experience with Erin is like a fancy, clean spa with guided conversations getting to know your health history and goals. “So highly recommended. Erin's has this superhuman ability to connect all the dots of your symptoms and find the bigger picture of what is going on in your body. I'm like many of us - I've got young kids, work too much, don't get enough sleep, am unfocused, have brain fog, don't eat as well as I should, and am more stressed out more than I will admit. Erin really helped me with the acute and immediate result things as well as some surprising ongoing things. Immediate things - getting more energy, released locked muscles, and just a sense of peace and joy for being able to take some time to just be "alone" and relax (I'm sure you hear me, parents out there...). What surprised me the most was on subsequent visits during our "check in chat" she would ask about something that has come up in banter during our previous session. "How is that big business decision going that you were stuck on?" "Really well, Erin. I was able to see the problem more clearly and be confident in my decision, I'm really happy and relieved about it. I've noticed that I've been able to be more focused and sure of myself lately." Which interestingly enough could be attributed to many of the points she had been working on during our sessions. If you want someone who will listen to you, give you space to "just be", who is very intuitive and empathetic to what is going on with you, and truly cares about not just masking symptoms, but getting to root causes - you NEED to see Erin. Ps I went into my first session with absolute surety that I would get no benefits, as I have experienced in the past with acupuncture.
