CURRENT CLIENTS: NOT SURE HOW TO BOOK?
30 Minute Physiotherapy Follow Up: This treatment is best for clients with acute injuries to one joint. Great for building an exercise program with 4-5 exercises or manual therapy session but we are unable to do both. For clients who have attended physiotherapy in the last 6 months. This would be an appointment located at my clinic in Port Moody.
45 Minute Physiotherapy Follow Up: This is the best follow up length for hypermobility care. These sessions include coaching, your exercise program, and perhaps some manual therapy if it is considered appropriate by me. Book this session if you haven’t attended physiotherapy for the last 6 months. This would be an appointment located at my clinic in Port Moody.
Virtual 30 Minute Physiotherapy Follow Up: This is the standard follow up for a virtual appointment. Great for those unable to travel to Port Moody, BC. These sessions incorporate a mix of coaching and a home based exercise program.
Virtual 45 Minute Physiotherapy Follow Up: Book this session if you haven’t attended physiotherapy for the last 6 months and are unable to travel to Port Moody, BC.Read more about Nest Health CollectiveShow less

“Cathy is amazing! I immediately felt at ease with her as I described my injuries and pain level. She listened carefully to me and considered my lifestyle and abilities as she worked out an exercise routine and schedule. She was patient and non-judgmental when I had a busy week and missed some of my homework. Even now as my symptoms have resolved, she continues to reach out to me to offer support and encouragement. I would happily recommend her to all my family, friends and acquaintances.”Read moreShow less

“Hands down, Cathy is the best! She is professional, kind, caring, and genuinely interested in helping her clients. Cathy is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, finding the root cause of my MANY ailments. I've seen several practitioners over the years, Cathy is the ONLY one who has helped me in (acute) situations and long term. I adore her and would highly recommend her to everyone!!”Read moreShow less

“Cathy was great with my continued help during my postpartum recovery. After the first few sessions I was already starting to feel hope and now that we’re a few months in I feel physically and mentally healthier. She is very attentive and genuinely cares for her clients. 100% recommend.”Read moreShow less

“Cathy is an amazing physiotherapist! I have been going to her for over 7 years and she is absolutely the most thorough and personable professional I have worked with. She is always on time (so rare these days), gives excellent service, is very knowledgeable, and has so many skills. My husband also sees her (previous patient from last practice so she kept him on) and he is super picky so the fact that he also loves her says a lot! I'd rate her higher if I could!”Read moreShow less

“I have been seeing Cathy for years now. Her approach to healthy and pain free living is easy to follow and very practical. If you have a dance background, I highly recommend her as being a dancer herself, she understands body movements and potential injuries a dancer (especially an older dancer) can get. She sets achievable plans that not only help you with your current injury but also plans to keep you strong, healthy, and mobile moving forward. Thank you Cathy!”Read moreShow less

“I first met Cathy a few years ago when she helped with neck/shoulder injuries. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and committed to developing a treatment plan and exercise program that gets results. Cathy takes the time to listen, understand and get to the heart of the issue. When I needed treatment for a recent knee injury, I was relieved to find Cathy was able to fit me into her busy schedule. If you are looking for an amazing physio, your search is over!”Read moreShow less
