“Had a wonderful experience here getting a piece of earwax removed! It was stuck deep in my left ear for a long time and I could never get it out for weeks no matter what I tried on my own. However, with Heather, the director of audiology at Neil Squire Society, it was easily removed in just 2, 3 minutes with no pain or discomfort. On top of that, the procedure was FREE! Heather is kind, pretty, professional, and very knowledgeable as an audiologist. “Been coming to this clinic for a few years now. Top notch audiologist and very insightful. Will visit soon for wax removal. While other clinics put me on a waiting list, the staff at Neil Squire were able to squeeze me in on a same-day appointment to get my ears thoroughly cleaned. Heather, the audiologist, is professional, extremely knowledgeable and offers insight into the process. The receptionist and overall staff are friendly and they were attentive to my needs. I also discovered how Neil Squire has been helping people with disabilities while offering resources to the community. A true gem! “I had a really pleasant experience here, and I highly recommend Neil Squire to anyone experiencing concerns with their ears. I went in for an ear cleaning (for free!), and Heather (the audiologist) thoroughly explained to me how the process worked. She also took pictures of my ear so I could see what it looked like before and after. Quick, painless experience - was in and out in under 30 minutes. “I needed to clean my ears, and after researching the internet, I was fortunate to find Neil Squire . The appointment was quick, and because I couldn't be there before 5 pm, they allowed me to get there after that. Heather was very professional and patient during cleaning.
