“First off the clinic is very clean and welcoming. Melissa is professional and very knowledgeable in massage. My massage was very relaxing and focused on relieving stress and tension in my neck from a previous car accident. Even after filling out my in take form she still took further steps to understand my current pain. Her ability to adjust the massage to my needs exceeded my expectations as I have nerve sensitivity and she accommodated the pressure of the massage to really allow me to relax and wind down. 100% would recommend Melissa at Needle or Knot.”Read moreShow less

Alexa is very apt at massage and identifying particularly bad areas that need treatment and is always very personable, warm and lovely to work with! Her knowledgeable approach is based in a nurturing countenance and supported with years of massage experience. Melissa has healing hands that are trained in many techniques including acupuncture, osteopathy and massage (and more) and has helped me with so many tricky health issues over the years.
