“This hotel far exceeded my expectations. The attention to service details was amazing, from the glass of wine at arrival, to the phone pocket on my housecoat. They had a great pool and hot tub and a turn down service while you were away. The food was fresh and service was genuinely friendly. “This place has it figured out and every hotel could take a serious page out of their book. We spent 3 days here leading up to our wedding and regret not spending more time here. Pet lovers - this should be your ONLY retreat. In house dog wash stations, x2! Fenced off leash area, a spa that we literally spent an entire day in, and an eggs Benny that could actually win competitions (my favourite food to eat while travelling and this is without a doubt a winner). Everyone is so friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Our next vacation will be spent exclusively here. Well done NPR. Also- Brandi in the spa will release stress you’ve had since third grade, and is the most influential spa lady I’ve had the pleasure of visiting ever. Seriously, just go. Trust me.”Read moreShow less

“We booked a two-night stay at Naturally Pacific Resort in Campbell River to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary. While the resort itself is nice, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by what happened at Carve, their in-house restaurant. We made a dinner reservation at Carve over a month in advance, specifically to enjoy a special meal during our anniversary trip. However, when we arrived for our reservation, we were told they couldn’t accommodate us because they were too busy serving a private group—26 friends of the resort’s owner. It was deeply disappointing and felt dismissive, especially considering the significance of our trip and the fact that we planned ahead. “Just returned from Naturally Pacific Resort and it is outstanding! The large rooms are well appointed - they have thought of everything. The breakfast and lunch at Carve were delicious. The outdoor area with the pool, hot tub and the adjacent fire pits elevate the experience to a true resort vibe.
