“I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Michael Mason-Wood at Natural Terrain. I arrived 3 minutes late due to confusing signage and very poor parking at the location. Before I could even explain my reason for the visit, upon meetingDr. Mason-Wood For the first time, His hand shake was weak like someone who doesn’t take their health seriously, and showed uninterest. When we got to the room, he Asked if it was OK to record our conversation with his AI, I said yes. (He clearly needs it) he then became visibly angry and questioned why I was interested in peptides if I don’t hold a credit card. Word for word. When booking, I had already informed the clinic I don’t use credit cards I offered Visa debit, but they refused. (they still booked me), yet this was the first thing raised. It felt unprofessional, judgmental, and money-focused rather than patient-centered. The first question out of his mouth was why I didn’t hold a credit card in canada? He was more angry about not being able to charge my credit card before I even sat down I left without proceeding. nobody that treats anybody like this should have or run their own practice. 0/10 – would not recommend.”Read moreShow less

“On my second appointment at this clinic I was told I needed to do blood work so I paid for blood work and asked if I should make fallow up appointment and was told no they would call me when they had results. Had the blood work done the next day but years latter I'm still waiting on the results. Just have to mark it up as another scam.”Read moreShow less

“I am so grateful for Dr Mason-Wood's excellent care and treatment plan and that I had the good fortune to learn about some alternative therapies to help with chronic pain. I first went to him about 3 years ago and had very positive results with prolotherapy. Late last year I had another reoccuring flare up in my neck and upper back and went back to see Dr Mason-Wood after treatments with my regular phyisiotherapist were no longer effective. A few more prolotherapy treatments and all the underlying issues of an old chronic injury are gone. I have been pain free for nearly a year now, thank you Dr Mason-Wood!”Read moreShow less

“This review is regarding Mason-Wood as he is who I’ve seen. The experience has been amazing. I’ve seen another naturopath elsewhere and there was no comparison between the two. Mason-Wood went through my medical history and reviewed my blood work in detail with me. I like that he works with my doctor and suggested additional testing I could review with my doctor. I also have dealt with chronic inflammation for two years and right now is the best I’ve felt. It’s not completely gone, but I’m feeling much better. Also I’ve had chronic heartburn and been on PPIs for 10 years and his plan has me coming off them and feeling the best I have coming off them. Overall it’s been great and I appreciate the thorough attention as well as deep knowledge he has. I’ve always been a bit skeptical about naturopathy but like everything I think there is good and bad and this clinic has been amazing. “THE BEST!! Along my journey with chronic illness I have visited many doctors and practitioners of all kinds, but within my first consultation with Dr Mason-Wood I knew he could truly help me. He is thorough, listens intently, and quickly found patterns in my blood work pointing to potential root causes of my endless list of symptoms. Any further testing I needed was ordered and done without hesitation. He was ready to set me up on a treatment plan right away, while also moving with caution and supporting my body through the process. Provides excellent follow-up, and his passion for healthcare is evident in the wealth of information he is eager to share. “Dr. Mason-Wood was referred to me by my wife. I had lots of pain in my leg that I injured at work. He suggested I do Prolotherapy. After just one treatment my pain was gone. I have since gone to see him for my sinus issues where he introduced me to ozone therapy. My sinuses started to drain immediately. I am so happy I went to see him!
