“I don't usually write reviews, but in this case I wanted to make an exception. Before Christmas 2025 I finished my appointments at Napanee Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. I worked with Alison Rodrigues and learned as much about my body as I did my injury, she was professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough in her care. Alison was flexible in adopting a treatment plan that was right for me, she also took feedback from me and integrated it into my treatment plan. While I have worked with a number of O.T.s over the years Alison was the most attentive and thorough OT I have ever worked with. I can't thank you enough Alison. I also worked with an incredible massage therapist Corey. Corey was able to work in conjunction with Alison to provide a comprehensive approach to my treatment and provide me with the best care possible. Thank you Corey you have no idea how much you helped me. I highly recommend Napanee Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation to anyone who is looking for a high standard of care and treatment. “I previously had a knee replacement and subsequent follow up with Napanee Physiotherapy for rehab. From the front desk to the girls that take care of you you are well taken care of. Glad I got to know them and have now totally recovered from the operation. “I had the unfortunate experience of falling in February 2024, which resulted in serious injuries, including fractures to both my tibia plateaus, a complete ACL tear in both knees, and a medial meniscus tear. After trying another physiotherapy clinic with little success, I found Kaitlyn at Napanee Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic, and it completely changed my recovery journey. Kaitlyn has been absolutely outstanding in helping me through this challenging process. Her deep knowledge, combined with her genuine empathy and caring nature, has made all the difference. “I had excellent results doing exercises and having massage treatments after a total knee replacement. I really appreciated how hard, but very carefully my, therapist, Kara worked doing the gentle massage and stretching on me, as well as supervising me doing exercises. Everyone commented how well I was walking just a few weeks after my surgery. It is more than one year post op, and I am feeling great ! Parking is very convenient, and everything is on one level. It is wonderful to be able to have this treatment in my own small town, and not have to travel to another city. I highly recommend this clinic. Six Years Later Update: After a bad fall on my stone patio, I injured the knee that had a very successful total knee replacement. I had a lot of swelling and stiffness, but thank goodness, my wonderful orthopaedic surgeon, Dr. Pickle, did an examination, and had x-rays done. He said the damage was all in the connective tissues, and I needed Physiotherapy. I chose Napanee Physiotherapy because I had such good results for exercise therapy after the operation 6 years ago. Allison was just wonderful! I was in pain every step I took when I arrived,and using a cane, as well as having a very stiff right side of my entire body. I could not garden, or enjoy life in general, and I had been a very active senior. After about 3 months of treatment, and doing the exercise routine she gave me on printed sheets, everyday at home, I am back to normal, and so grateful!!! I appreciated everything about this clinic. The staff are polite, professional, and very efficient. The parking is great, and the access to the building is good too.
