“After having gone to a number of practitioners, I was very hesitant to keep trying, but thanks to some amazing recommendations. I decided to make an appointment. Nikita is a Caring, compassionate person. Following a very thorough assessment , she explained very clearly what treatments she would recommend. Although I personally have a fear of needles, she suggested that IMS. Intra muscular stimulation, and I thought so comfortable and confident with her that I decided to go ahead. It was the most amazing experience, and I already feel some relief from the pain, even though I know it's just early days. “I went to see physiotherapist, John Kalina, about my foot problem today. I was seen promptly and received a friendly, courteous greeting. John assessed my problem then gave me a "shock" ultrasound treatment on the foot which helped immediately. He also gave me exercises and recommendations as to what, and what not, to do. I have another appointment in a week but was told that if the problem goes away in the next few days to cancel. So no pressure to keep an unnecessary appointment.
