Your RMT will be wearing a mask at all times
Please stay in your vehicle until your appointment time : The front door will be locked in between patients. Your RMT will let you in at your appointment time. Please wait in your vehicle or outside the clinic door in order for your RMT to complete sanitizing the space and to welcome you in for your appointment.
Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No shows will be charged the full appointment fee to the card on file.

“I was so happy to find a spot next to my house. Until I came to the clinics. Lisa met me outside, when she saw Alberta license plate on my car. She was not friendly, as it seems that I came from Alberta. Even though that we moved 1 month ago and purchased a house here. Lisa didn't apologize for this behavior, when you discriminate people with rudeness and irritation because they came from different province, therefore I cancelled all appointments for me and my husband for next week.
