“Had neck and shoulder tightness that was causing pain and limiting range of motion. Had a one hour massage with Katie. It was painful as she worked on getting out knots and pressing pressure points. She did massage, cupping, and stretching. During the process of filling out assessment and insurance forms she came across somewhat direct. I could see how others have perceived this as poor customer service. Once the massage started I could tell she was really focused on healing my condition. “I had a chance to book an appointment with Katie for 90 min. When I went there she greeted me with smile and then I told her about my shoulders pain that I have for 2 months. “Never make a mistake to go to Nana massage . What a horrible experience. Booked online appointment for my wife with Katie. It was confirmed but Very rudely Katie said she is sick and can’t massage. She was not willing to assist customer for rescheduling or get massage from different masseurs . What an unprofessionals person is working!!!
