“I wanted to address a point made by another reviewer: Dr. Bennett no longer owns this practice. My recent visit was satisfactory, though the staff seemed a bit disorganized—likely because they are still new. I’m sure the new dentists are great, it’s just unfortunate that patients weren’t informed about the change in ownership. A bit of communication could have prevented the surprise of walking in to find everything different. Good communication is key to building trust and maintaining strong patient relationships.”

The staff was incredibly accommodating, and the dentist quickly addressed my issue with expert care. The hygienist was also great, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the process. Plus, their services are affordable, and they accepted my insurance without any problems. If you’re in need of urgent dental care, Pacific Coast Dental is the place to go!”
