Positives; beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, clean, different options for hot and cold circuits, great food at the Cafe, most areas are quiet zones which I think provides the most relaxing experience possible. Negatives; Not at all enough shade for the resting areas. This may not be an issue in the colder months but during this summer it definitely made it less than ideal. The outdoor pools are in the sun with no options for sitting in the shade. Also most of the rest areas are also out in the blazing sun as well. If you want to spend all day here it's tricky because you can't really wear sunscreen because you're in and out or waters, sauna, steam room etc. The other big drawback is that they charge another rental fee if you want a fresh robe or towels. After a few cycles your water and robe end up so soaked with water and they don't dry out. I've never been to a spa that didn't just provide a fresh one on request and it made the experience much less comfortable. It also makes it uncomfortable to dine in your robe because it becomes wet and cold.

Spent a lovely day relaxing and dining during a girls trip and had a wonderful experience. Everything is very well maintained and looked after. The food was great and staff are attentive. The spa grounds and gardens were beautiful.

I was very shocked to find out 98% of the grounds were silent areas. We were in the hot tub and there were 3 gentlemen close to us and they were whispering (not bothering anyone) and they were told to stop talking as it was a silent area. They were close ish to my group and I couldn't even hear what they were saying. For this reason, I will not visit again. I understand the relaxation room being silent and even the gardens. But it should be more advertised that it is mostly silent. Unfortunately it wasnt a great as I was more stressed that I was gonna "get it trouble" For quietly talking to my group. 3 stars because the grounds were clean and the view was amazing.

Mysa is such a lovely spot to visit! The staff were super friendly, and it’s a wonderful place if you’re looking for a little soul retreat on the island. Great way to get away from devices, or the general mask of how you carry yourself when normal speaking rules apply (I encourage those attending to utilize the silent zones!) also the restaurant is top notch!

We did a day trip (no overnight at accommodations) to the Mysa Nordic Spa. It was a wonderful relaxing day. It's a once a year minimum must! The staff go out of their way to ensure guests are well taken care of. When I visit the spa, I feel VERY spoiled. A day of self care like no other- highly recommend

Went for a spa day as a couple. Good mix of hot, cold, and relaxation areas: great views. Love the greenhouse and garden. Sauna is dry, but is large and had a good temperature on the top row. Everything is centralised and well maintained. Lots of staff checking on things regularly. Great lunch and dining room. Looking forward to trying the accommodations in the future.

Highly recommended! The Nordic spa experience was amazing. Didn’t realize how much I need to unwind. The heated experiences were so nice and I even enjoyed the cold plunges. The relaxation areas were lovely. Would recommend bringing a book. Food was wonderful at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Place was so clean. Would love to come back

Does not recommend
Terrible customer service. We spent a week trying to book a spot, but their system kept rejecting the password they themselves sent through the “forgot password” option. We called multiple times, but every call went to voicemail. By the time we finally received a response by email, there were no spots left. When we explained the situation and asked if any accommodation could be made given the circumstances, we were told they could offer us 2 spots — but only if we also booked additional massages. So apparently they could accommodate two more people, just not unless we spent more money. Very disappointing experience overall.

I surprised my friend with her first spa experience at Mysa Nordic Spa. We were warmly greeted at the front, and the attendant answered all of our questions. We both had access to the thermal experience, along with a relaxation and head massage. We were in complete bliss and felt deeply relaxed from beginning to end. Eliya was fantastic he worked out all the stress and knots in my upper body. He also recommended what food we should try during our stay, and honestly, he nailed it. We ordered a charcuterie board and the Reuben sandwich, absolutely delicious. Thanks for the recommendations, Eliya! The outdoor thermal experience is smaller than what I’m used to, but it’s truly all you need. I also appreciated the staff member who ensured the silent area remained peaceful. This rare gem of a spa is a must-visit whenever you're in Prince Edward Island. Overall, the facility is charming, the staff are amazing, and the food really hit the spot. I’m looking forward to visiting again!

Had a great day here with my wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the spa was beautiful. We arrived at 9am check-in. The morning was fantastic with around 20people using the facilities. Everyone was respectful and quiet in the areas that were labelled “quiet zones”. The PM however, got quite busy with a few larger groups arriving. Many of which did not respect the quiet signs posted around the spa grounds and they were holding full conversations within feet of others. In the morning staff made sure anyone who was talking too loudly was asked to respect the quiet zone signage, whereas the after had twice the staff outside working but they didn’t seem to be enforcing the quiet space policy. This took away from the experience in the PM a bit. The only other minor issue we had was that my 10$ robe rental fell in the water in the morning and I asked a front desk member if I could have a fresh one for the PM after our lunch. She had no problems with this and was quite polite. After lunch, however, we went back to the desk to get a new robe before proceeding to the spa grounds and the woman at the desk informed us that we would need to pay $10 to get a replacement one for the afternoon. This seemed a little foolish, considering they are rentals and just being washed so we ended up spending $10 each in the morning for robes and another $10 for one robe in the afternoon totaling $30 for a one day visit just to rent our robes. I would highly recommend taking your own robe and footwear in order to avoid any inconveniences like this. Otherwise, it was a beautiful location with lovely food and facilities, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
