“Phoebe is great at what she does. I went somewhere else once and instantly regretted it. Phoebe takes the time and care in all steps to assure great results. “I used to get eyelash extensions years ago and stopped for a long time. I recently decided to get them done again and I had such a good experience here. To start, the office was clean and cute. It was very warm and welcoming. She had calm music playing, helped me pick what lash style I wanted and explained everything thoroughly. The chair was very comfy as well as the blanket and pillow she had for comfort. I fell asleep for a few times and one time I unfortunately had that falling feeling, she was so sweet asking if I was okay at each flinch. She thought she hurt me but it was me, not her lol. When I got too hot from the blanket she said “I got you” and such a little thing was so comforting while my eyes were taped shut hehe. The price was fair, the service was outstanding. I will definitely be sticking to her as my lash girl and recommend her to anyone looking to book. I messaged her tonight because I ordered lash shampoo and it didn’t come in. I was panicking because it’s been days since I got them done and she reassured me and told me what I could use until I got my lash shampoo. It’s a Saturday at 9pm, so for her to answer, is above and beyond.”Read moreShow less

“I booked my appointment last week and it was easy and simple. When I arrived I was her first appt. She was friendly and very pleasant. It was such an amazing experience. The chair reclined for a much better support in my back than laying flat. We all know these sessions take a a hour or two. Soft music, soft blanket and a pillow under my knees. “I got my first ever lash lift and tint here and the results were amazing!! Again, it was my first time so I wasn’t used to the chemicals used to curl the lashes and experienced some burning sensations which I was warned about, but Phoebe made sure to keep a little fan on my face which helped a lot with the burning feeling during the waiting process!
