“I was able to book in last minute on a Sunday and got in with Howard. I had tons of neck jaw and shoulder tension and he really helped to release that tension to give me some much needed relief and ward off a headache.”

“I would give this place 6 stars if our Google Overlords would only allow it. I started seeing Kim a year ago for some chronic neck & shoulder pain/stiffness that had become unbearable and was significantly interfering with my ability to do my job. while I felt remarkably better after only our first session, over the course of three sessions (combined with at-home stretching homework in between) my pain was basically completely gone. The clinic is clean & welcoming, all the staff I've interacted with have been accommodating and kind, and they have HEATED PADS ON THE MASSAGE TABLES so I never get chilly. If you want someone to help fix your tight sad muscles while you lay on a warm table feeling like a lizard in a sunbeam, I highly recommend this clinic and specifically Kim. She is a wealth of knowledge, a soothing presence, and a genuinely caring professional who has changed the way I define self-care. one million stars/5 Also, the clinic is on the second level and the entrance is a glass door to a set of stairs on the NE corner of the building facing Centre Street.”Read moreShow less
