“In feb 2026, I had surgery on my right shoulder to ease pain i have had for 10 years. A bicep tenotomy was part of the surgical procedure. I began physiotherapy soon afterwards but discontinued as i didn't see any progress. I began to think something had gone wrong with my surgery and I'm now left with a dysfunctional right arm. My family doctor referred me to myoflex and i'm on the 10th visit to them. Vanessa, my therapist found me hardly able to lift my hand. She very quickly understood the underlying issues like how I have been unconsciously using my shoulder and back muscles to compensate. With her persistent guidance and hard work, Today im able to fully raise my hand and do most of the housework, to my own surprise. She taught me awareness of muscle and joint movement, which I have taken for granted all the time. Today im practicing that awareness to correct my movements. It's another level of therapy!. I thank the assistant therapist who giudes me through my exercises for her patience. All in all thanks to Vanessa, im on the road to a full recovery.”

“I have been doing physiotherapy here for a couple of weeks now and they have been nothing but helpful with my transition from barely functioning to progressively getting better. Everyone has been so supportive, patient, and professional throughout the process.I received my first massage today and it was amazing. My body and the massage were literally one that’s how relaxed and comfortable I felt. Rupal applied more pressure when asked and really got into the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling so much relief and could truly notice the difference afterward. “I had been suffering from severe lumbar back pain and was referred by my family doctor. Physiotherapist Vanessa had been very excellent in diagnosing the pain areas and helped me relieved of my back pain in the first session itself. Her explanation and stretching exercises were helpful.
