“Highly recommend, and I would give more than five stars is I could! I tried physio for a sore knee and it didn't help. Alyshia knew right away the adhesions in the fascia needed to be broken up in order to improve the mobility and fix the problem. Her kindness and joyful personality eased the pain of the treatments. After just the first visit, I no longer woke up from pain in the middle of the night. If you want help with a chronic problem or just a tune-up, go see Alyshia.
