“It was my first experience and I was blown away by the professionalism and empathetic service. I was desperate to get a massage and Vila ensured to priotrotize me and book me in due to a cancelation, I was impressed by that gesture. The clinic is incredibly clean and even more her warm welcome made me feel at ease. Upon the massage Vila knew exactly what my issues were surrounding my pain . She is exceptionally knowledgeable and on top of that she demonstrated techniques that I can incorporate in my daily life. I can tell she is passionate about healing, it goes beyond the care at her clinic. She wants her clients to leave relaxed, but healed. She supported me in not just the physical therapy but mentally too about stress management. That was very touching as it showed her empathetic care. Lastly, she is very honest . I asked about one of her treatments. And she said I didn't need it. Anyone else could easily push more services. But her honesty in fair dealings shows her ethical practice.
