“I was planning to go on a 5-day canoe trip to Algonquin park with a friend, including several long portages. Three weeks before that trip started I injured my left hip and I was very concerned if I can make that trip. Yamini and her team came up with a fantastic treatment plan. As a result, my canoe trip went through very well! I highly recommend Yamini as a PT. She is very skilled and focused, and a fantastic person on top of it.”

“Stephen helped me recover from an SI joint disfunction that had been bothering me for months. I initially had a different physiotherapist, who unfortunately was not able to heal my issues with back and hip pain. Steven came up with a fantastic exercise plan and really started from scratch in helping me going from barely any mobility and excess pain to the point where I got up in the morning pain free. The staff is great and super professional, the place is clean and I like the fact that I don’t have to wait for my appointments.
