“Last summer I injured my shoulder and had to stop going to the gym. The pain was constant and was affecting not only my shoulder but also my neck, making everyday life uncomfortable. I tried many things - massage therapy, physiotherapy appointments, and even two corticosteroid injections into the shoulder. Unfortunately, nothing helped. I first visited Dr. Mike in October 2025. He quickly identified the root cause of the problem, but unfortunately my case was not something that could be fixed overnight. The sharp pain went away relatively quickly, but a dull ache would still come back from time to time, especially when I lifted my child or made certain awkward movements. However, with persistence, proper treatment, and Dr. Mike’s guidance, I finally recovered completely. The pain is gone and I was able to return to the gym again.
