My Treatment Space requests that clients cancel their appointments at least 24 hours prior to their treatments, in order to re-schedule their treatment without any penalty.
Arriving late shortens the visitthe treatment will still end at the designated time
Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment the treatment will still end at the designated time with no change in fee.
