“i got my iphone xr fixed here and it was only fixing the screen and i paid $300+ to get it done. and the first time i dropped it once it was fixed it got broken again. and now my screen is popping out and i’m afraid they did not put it back on properly.”

“Friendly, and willing to provide many services, for a price. I had some service done. They wrecked my phone, and not only refused to fix the phone, but would not return the fee they charged to wreck it. Not trustworthy.”

“Simon and his staff offer solid, reliable service without artifice. They have assisted me and Mary since we made the switch to Mac a decade ago. Clearly this is an avocation and not just a job, and Simon is like a St Francis of technology, with his emphasis focused on his friends ( I will not call his clientele mere customers). “Could not be more disappointed. BC Web owned by Simon Franklin. The lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable. I have been trying to transfer my domain, after 4 weeks of trying to send emails, phone - Simon is continuing to ignore my messages. I spoke with employees who mention they are in contact with Simon during this time. I would not trust BC Web with my hosting and domains. They are overpriced, and unreliable.
