“I started coming here in March to see Shirin the massage therapist, she is truly amazing!! I had so little mobility when I started, and thought there was no hope for me. She has made me walk and move around like normal again! She has truly been a God send! The difference she has made for me is not only felt and noticed by me, but everyone I know has seen the difference as well. I’m so glad to have discovered her! “I've been coming to My Physio Sports and Rehab for the past 4 months following an accident, and the care I've received has been incredible. The entire team has been supportive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me recover. A special thank you to Julio and Karen who have been amazing throughout my treatments. They are friendly, knowledgeable, provide great exercises, and use a variety of hands-on treatments and machines. “I have been coming to My Physio for over 15 years for all my services and this place never dissapoints. Most recently, I needed intensive therapy due to a work injury. I cannot thank enough all of the wonderful ladies at reception who put up with my questions and schedule changes. They are always professional and sweet as ever. Parual, my physiotherapist, WOW !!! She is not only very professional and knowledgeable but approachable, sincere, and amazing at the services she provides.
