“Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went in for a simple filling, but it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. After the procedure, I kept having issues, and instead of taking responsibility or even showing basic concern, the staff never once apologized or acknowledged the problem. I felt dismissed and unheard. When I finally went to another dentist, the issue was identified and addressed within minutes, which clearly shows the problem was not taken seriously here. “I had a wonderful experience at Muse Dental. Dr. Banita Mann and the entire staff were so friendly and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and relaxed. The hygienist, was gentle and thorough during my cleaning, and Dr. Mann explained everything in detail before starting my procedure.
