If you are looking for just general information on available treatments, costs, or just have questions, book a consultation appointment and a treatment appointment may be booked at another time. Our full face Consultations include a thorough assessment, a copy of the areas requiring treatment and their associated costs.<br></span></p><p><strong>Multiple Treatments:</strong> If you are looking to have multiple treatments the same day such as botox and filler, please phone or text the clinic assistant at <a href="tel:905-246-7208">905-246-7208</a>.</p><p><strong>Late</strong>: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will, unfortunately, have to reschedule your appointment in order to be considerate of other clients' appointments. Your deposit will be forfeited</p><p><span></span><strong>Deposits</strong>: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so using this booking app or call <a href="tel:905-246-7208">905-246-7208</a>. If you are booking through our clinic assistant, a $113 ($110+HST) deposit will be required. This can be sent to <strong><u>booking@museclinic.ca.</u></strong> A deposit must be sent within 24 hours of booking, or your appointment will be cancelled. If cancelling before 24 hours, your deposit may be transferred to another appointment up to 3 times.</p><p><strong>Cancellations: </strong>Unfortunately if you have had 3 consecutive cancellations, we will unfortunately be unable to book you. We will recommend another provider or clinic that may be a better fit for you. If you have had 3 consecutive reschedulings, a deposit will be required. </p><p><strong>Payment Plans:</strong> We do offer a third party financing company called Do Finance that can offer you a payment plan if receiving a treatment more than $500. Please visit their website at www.do finance.ca <strong>prior</strong> to your treatment </p><p><strong>Loyalty Points:</strong> We offer a loyalty program for our clients. For every $100 spent (before taxes), you receive 1 loyalty point. <br>• 10 points= 10% off ZO Skincare <br>• 15 points= 10% off Service <br>• 20 points= 20% off ZO Skincare <br>• 30 points= 20% off Service<br>•<strong>Loyalty points can not be redeemed on monthly specials or already discounted services.</strong></p><p><strong>Consent Forms:</strong> The required consent forms will automatically pop up after you have selected a particular service. Please take the time to read them. They will include Pre and Post treatment instructions as well as the risks involved. We will also have you sign a copy in office at your appointment.
