“I cannot recommend Muscle Wellness Privacy, professionalism, and clear communication are fundamental in healthcare. Unfortunately, Muscle Wellness did not uphold these standards. The owner looked up personal information online instead of communicating directly, As for the treatment, There was only a brief review of my health history and no proper assessment completed before treatment. As a fellow practitioner, I know how care is supposed to be delivered. A proper assessment and health history should always come before treatment — and that simply didn’t happen. That’s basic client safety and clinical standards. Terry handled the situation in a way that felt inappropriate and unprofessional. As a practitioner myself, this falls below basic standards of care. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic.”

“Worst massage of my life. I’m genuinely surprised how high of a rating this place has. I asked for a deep tissue massage and was merely given a back rub. I doubt the masseuse was even trained. What was worse was that I politely asked her to avoid my injured knees and she continued to rub them! She acknowledged what I said and asked how I injured them yet continued to do it, putting me in pain. I raised this concern with the massage studio and my email was never replied to. Appalling treatment.”

I would give her a 12/10 if I could now as I owe Terry much gratitude for helping me with my back pain and keeping me in a healthier state of body / mind. Best massage therapist I’ve been to in my life. Thank you Terry. Terry is the only RMT that I go to now. I’ve have many in the past but she is by far the most skilled. The place is clean and the music is very relaxing. 11/10 !”

“I’ve been seeing Terry for a few years now and as an RMT of 14 years I can say that her Massage treatment is the reason why I always come back. She is knowledgeable, highly experienced, and nurturing. I always leave the table feeling renewed and revitalized. I also recently saw the clinic’s Acupuncturist, Sally who was also very helpful and educating. I will definitely be back for more treatments. The clinic offers many services to improve one’s health and shouldn’t be overlooked! I am happy to invest in my health here although I don’t have health care benefits it is worth every cost. If you are someone that cares about your wellness then I highly recommend this clinic. Thank you both.”
