“Over the past three years, I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Mack at Muscle & Spine. When age-related arthritis began affecting my back, it became harder for me to stay active, and I wanted chiropractic care that offered more than quick adjustments. At Muscle & Spine, I received not only effective treatments but also a daily program to help heal and strengthen my back. I followed the program diligently and continue to use it today as a foundation while expanding my routine with YouTube resources such as Qigong, Yoga, Body Mobility, and Cardio. Today, I feel ready for a day of skiing, hiking, gardening, or carrying a canoe on a long portage. “Came into Muscle and Spine off a referral from a coworker. Dr. Martynuik within 10 minutes of assessing me had my diagnosis and a plan of attack set out that was discussed with me in depth. The timeline he set out for me was spot on and the treatment he provided was amazing. He also gives home exercises specific to your needs with video instructions that are easy to follow.
